(1)*shall not be held responsible for damages to under developed roads/lanes/driveways or vegitation while attempting to access or depart service site. It is the customers responisibilty to assure safe and secure access for service vehicle to attend service site.

(2)*shall not be held responsible for damages due to septic/holding tank or related system shifting (before, during or after pumping out contents). Septic/holding tanks should be properly installed by qualified installers and anchored, if need be, to prevent shifting when empty.
